Policies By booking an appointment, you agree to the following: 1. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments 2. 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling 3. Late cancellations will be charged 75% of the service 4. No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% and be required prepayment for future bookings. 5.
